I saw this debate on a defunct, abandoned forum, and I thought I'd go ahead and do my own little rant on the subject. This also proves you really can debate any subject.
Also, in this, the term "puff" refers to any member of the same species of the Powerpuff Girls.

Is there possibility of a puff corpse?
          Is it possible for a puff to die and not break down? There are only two(technically four) documented cases of puff death in the series run, which would be the original Rowdyruff Boys and Bunny. All four puffs broke down into their original componets upon their demise. Is breaking down into the original elements a staple and direct result of puff death? Is it possibile for a puff to die and the corpse stay intact for burial or reviving purposes? I say that is very possible. Even though they are the only cannon deaths, it is in both cases a result of a chemical overload. All four puffs were, in fact, very unstable due to their unusal births.
          The Rowdyruff Boys were originally made with toilet water as a substitute for Mojo Jojo's lack of Chemical X on hand and thus were not stable to begin with. Comedy gag aside, it did, however, give them all the powers, appearances, and attributes of a puff, making them acceptable as puffs, albeit unstable. Upon the introduction of cooties to the unstable interface of their bodily systems, a chemical reaction took place, causing them to explode and break down into their original components: snips, snails, and puppy dog tails.
          Bunny was unstable from the moment her existance began. She is the exact opposite of the Rowdyruff Boys' case of birth; instead of not having the correct power element, she did not have the correct base ingredients. Instead of following a set list governing the gender and possibily alignment(e.g. the Powerpunk Girls, however a person can change their alignment of their own free will) of the puff created, she had too many and unfitting base ingredients (books, crayons, and a knuckle sandwich among others). Plus another reason for her instability is that puffs are created in threes, and she was created alone, suggesting that her two sisters did not complete development and instead merged with her(much like a case of an underdeveloped conjoined twin in human births), causing further problems within Bunny herself. An overextertion of her shaky powers to save her three sisters/creators from multiple villians overloaded her system and caused her to explode(although her original componets aren't shown, Blossom makes a remark on how the overextertion caused the break down).
          However, on the counterargument, puffs are superhumans and due to this fact of them being sturdy and bulletproof, dying by a normal human's cause could be nearly impossible. A ver powerful disease may bring about a slow and painful death, wearing down their defenses, where in a normal, non-puff human it would be a swift kill. Also, an overdose of antidote X could also be used on them, however the amount would have to be large(take the movie and "Slumbering with the Enemy" as evidence, a full bottle of Antidote X only removed Mojo Jojo's and the Girls' powers, and in the Girls' case, knocking them completely out to wake moments later. This suggests Antidote X could be used in a certain amount to cause a non-harmful nullification of a puff's powers.). Antidote X could also be used to temporarily reduce a puff to normal human status, in which they could be killed as any normal human could. There is also the possibility of super, extreme trauma overpowering the puff, or weapons designed to be more powerful then they are(such as a blade enhanced with Chemical X allowing to slice through a puff's tough skin.). So it's very possibile in most situations a puff would have to endure a lethal chemical reaction in order to die.
          But those circumstances being held true, I conclude that it is very possible for a puff to result in a non-exploding death with their corpse fully intact.
